Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on hair, but we may be able to exchange any apparel item for the same item ( For instance, if there is a sizing issue). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange based on the inventory. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be dispatched as normal. 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at belinda.akobel@gmail.com and we will process your query from there. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and receiving your new item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
